What is AWANA???
ANSWER: A Bible-based ministry that reaches out to children, teenagers, and families.
It’s name is an acronym that stands for
Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed
(2 Timothy 2:15)
At Royal Baptist Church, there are classes for 2 year olds (Puggles) and 3 year olds to 6th grade (Children).
Meetings are held on Wednesday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm during the school year. Our AWANA program for 2010-2011 officially begins on
Wednesday, August 18, 2010
The Gospel of Jesus is taught through memorizing Scriptures, activities in our gymnasium and classrooms, singing, dancing, and by just having lots of fun.
We will have AWANA game-time in the gym so parents dress children appropriate for playing.
We have a lot of exciting things in store for our little “Saddle Ranchers” this year and we can hardly wait till kick off!!!
